6 hours of uninterrupted sleep is necessary to feel refreshed and ready for morning frivolity.
FMTY Etiquette
I like to take some personal time throughout each day to care for myself, sauna and exercise.
6 hours of uninterrupted sleep per night is a necessity.
For visits longer than 48 hours, an extra space for solo time, napping and sleeping is very much appreciated.
